This role has been established to manage the global expansion of the Dow Jones Dharma Indexes.
The individual will be required to have extensive skill in selling to a range of traditional asset management channels including the retail broker community, asset managers and mutual fund complexes.
The role is global in that we expect products to be distributed worldwide, and so the individual involved will be required to demonstrate some degree of cultural flexibility.
We require a degree educated individual who has a flexible working approach as multiple projects may be worked on at any one time, coupled with drive, energy, attention to detail. Good project management skills are essential.
Pace of the team can vary dependant upon projects being worked on so adaptability is also key to success. Experience in selling financial products to asset managers/banks/fund complexes is a must.
